  • You are amazing!! i wish i was as crafty as you are : ) oohh, btw, could you write the types of oil you're using, 'cause i'm not a native speaker and it's a bit hard for me to understand how the first type of oil was called ;) thanks ^^

  • Can you make a time machine?

  • im actually curious as to how you know how much oil to add without measuring the beeswax

  • awesome! I want to try this!

  • Can we dye the perfume?

    With food dye?

  • @999amarilis You probably could, but it would be better to use cosmetic grade pigments.

  • hI ! :) i was curious upon how you'd create your own scent ! thank u :D

  • i need to know.. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU.... cause i cant find anything negative when i watch your videos.

  • i have the best things to put them in!!

  • Can you use olive oil instead of sweet almond oil or jojoba oil?

  • Can you use olive oil instead of sweet almond oil or jojoba oil?

  • @chiayin2 yeah, you should try different kinds of oil to see what kind you like and the texture. the oil moisturizes with slightly varying benefits, but you could basically even use petroleum jelly instead of beeswax though it would be even softer.

  • can u do a tutorial on how to make liquid perfume???

  • Um so I'm subscribing:)

  • Thanks for this, do you need that much essential oils as it seemed quite a lot? I know you have to smell it but have also read that need to be careful with essential oils and not to overdo it as can cause irritation etc.

  • @MJGOLDHEART I'm also curious about that ^

  • i liked the show n girl too

  • cute idea!!!

is that an australian accent i hear?

    :D

  • that is so cool, coz i saw solid perfume in the body shop 4 about $30 but this seems much better!

  • This is great! ;-) will definitely try this...awesome channel, yay go AU!

  • hello, himehood..

I want to ask permission to download your video and upload it again .. the tap in the religion of Islam, forbidden to take the goods of others without permission ..

  • this is awesome! i was wondering if you could just use massage oils as a base instead of sweet almond oil, since i've smelt a cocoa and vanilla massage oil in a store when i was buying some essential oils, and it smelt so good.

  • This was such a refreshing take on perfume!! Thank you..can't wait to try it. Keep more like these coming!

  • Thanks for the information...I created alot of different scents and your method works. Now I have enough scent solid perfume, to give to my daughter and some of my friends.

    Peace,

    Sparkle

  • Hi! Where did u get your beeswax?

  • @JeniCami

This is too funny, I use the hair grease beeswax, sweet almond oil from the supermarket, and my favorite body oil scents. I also made solid perfume rings...it's alittle messy but once you get the hang of it...so much fun.

    Peace

  • @JeniCami I bought it from ebay, but you must be aware that if you buy from overseas, your country may have customs regulations that prevent you from receiving the beeswax. If possible, buy within your country.

  • @JeniCami Mountainroseherbs sells the best Beeswax and they sell them in small cubes too. Everything they sell is Organic.

  • Thanks for posting this video...the solid perfume doesn't need all the alcohol in it and more easy to do...now I can made my own scents and a variety doing it your way.

    Thanks and Peace,

    Sparkle

  • Wow himehood this is the best tutorial video I have ever seen in my life. I definitely appreciate your hard work. If only you made more videos. Maybe if youtube paid you a lot you could make lots of videos. That is my dream.

  • Where'd you get the pocket watch? It's so cute!

  • @MIS0HAPPI from etsy.com and i seached in "pocket watch", when i made the order and recieved it, i smashed up the watch inside and got the case.

  • @Himehood Gasp, you smashe up the pocket watch! I guess it was a ceap one...

  • Great idea,I will try it!! =D

  • This is amazing, I would love to try this!! It turnes out to be a pretty cheap solid parfume right? Since parfume is sooo expensive O_o If the oils and stuff doesn't cost very much this is just the best idea =D And to make your own scent must be so fun, and uniqe =D

Love this tutorial, thank you so much =D

  • @butseente the oils are pretty pricey, but they do make a fair amount! and you're right, the fun (but tiring) part is creating your own scent!

  • @Himehood If you didn't have the time/ person to try the scent out on, could you use an actual perfume (one you knew they liked) and just add it to the melted beeswax?

  • @hellerZauberer do you know the answer yet?

  • @angellover1995 Still trying to get my hands on some local beeswax. I'll let you know when I do! :)

  • wow i actually have all these things

    yay !!

  • u can use the same ingredients to make homeade lip balm too=)

  • Oooh i like this!

  • You're so freaking gorgeous!! This is great tutorial

  • Really useful tutorial! I've been wanting to make my own scents for a while.

  • where did you get the pocket watch from and how did you get the actual watch out of the case?

  • @BullboySzonika Pocket watch was $7 USD from etsy, I just opened it up and smashed it up!! I may write a blog about it later... if I'm bothered =P

  • omg this would be such a nice idea for christmas!

  • This is so lovely :3 <3 *fingers up*

  • i miss u Moshi!

  • great idea ! i have always loved your vids!

  • I know random question but essential oil's did you use??

  • @xXRakeruHaniiXx Neroli, Rose and two drops of lemon grass... I found better ones later on, but I had already purchased those ones haha I would have like different kinds

  • VERY cool! Thanks :)

  • nicely done!

  • Is there maybe a way to make the scents less concentrated? To make a solid cologne or toilet water? I would assume just using less essential oils.

  • i miss your old videos :P

  • wow~ how cool! These would make great gifts <3 Nice tutorial~ ^^

  • Thank you for the upload!

i always love your videos ^^

  • Is it greasy?

  • @Evange yes it is. It needs to be able to be applied on easily. You don't want it too hard as it won't go on at all!

  • where do you think I find the stuff you used? like.. essential oils, jojoba oil, and beeswax?

  • @madamwhut i went on a big hunt for those. I found most of them at those natural body care stores. Then I found some at department stores (like Myers where I'm from). Beeswax I bought online. I'm typing up a blog entry about this right now!

  • i'll have to try this maybe i can make some of these for christmas for all the girls in my family!

  • can it be used as lip balm?

  • @Leslielovebug i don't think so, the oils shouldn't be consumed. I'm sure there are lip balm recipes all over the net!
