a bunch of my friends and I were in phantom valley, waiting to start heaps, when we saw the clouds roll in, and within a half hour of seeing the clouds, it was dumping rain on us at the mouth of the canyon. One of the scariest things about this video was the fact that it was probably sunny out an hour earlier. That, and the massive river threatening to sweep everyone away, I guess. Nicely done, though, not only on keeping safe, but on looking so cool and collected through it all to boot.
No problem, glad you guys are okay and got thru Lodge without any injury! Thanks Tom, that was the ONLY rock to hide under from our viewpoint. Anybody know the other party that was in Spry - brothers? I know they were also okay, but I'm curious to hear their story.

Thanks for posting this Mike. It was a wild day and I wish I had had a helmet cam to show how it came out the end of Lodge Canyon just to the north.
