Alright well everybody knows this is fake because he used fruity mentos. Fruity mentos have a layer or a couple of layers of glaze over them. The only mentos that will cause a reaction in coke is regular mentos. They react because there is no glaze and there are tons of microscopic craters in them, which act as places where nucleation occurs, where tons of gas bubbles erupt. Since there is glaze on fruity mentos, you will not have a reaction because little nucleation can occur.
