ODSTs (IMO) are tougher than Spartans. Spartans have got loads of genectic engineering, implants etc. ODSTs are normal humans that are brave enough to fall from space into enemy territory in a little tin can.

there is no "spartan" in this trailer.

That's a UNSC - RECON unit. Most of the remaining spartans like Grey Team are behind enemy lines. Spartan Program III survivors are currently trapped inside a dymosension sphere. And Master Cheif is following the covenant fleet to Halo.

The City is New Mombasa also.

and yes that is a spartan, the recon permutation is a Mjolnr (idk how to spell) suit, and only spartans are adapted to wear them

you are right and wrong, yes only the spartans are able to wear the mjolnir armor but that is because of their heightened reflexes and strengthened bones. otherwise the suit would kill them. So you are correct in saying that a marine would not be able to wear the suit, but the helmet is separate and anyone can wear them. And just for the sake of driving my point home, at 40 seconds you can clearly see what is a marine wearing the recon helmet.

There is only one kind of spartan armor, the recon helmet was a multiplayer variant just like the ODST helmet. Obviously the recon helmet is for RECON units, not spartans.
