  • mmmm okay

  • @FirepowerConcealed "the only reason a damn 5.56 rifle kills people effectively in FMJ is because the velocity is so high the bullet yaws"

LOL You're an idiot. Ever wonder why that doesn't happen in a .220 Swift or .22-250?

The yawl was due to early M16 had slow twist for the bullet weight/velocity. The bullets destabilized on impact (or past a few hundred yards). Twisting them tighter gained effective range, but pin holed like a .22LR. That's why we have fragmenting M855 and proper twist now

  • 155millimeter is just a cock sucker who needs to be right all the time millerusaf is way cooler fuck this wanna be

  • @sharpshooternick But he's not correct here

  • @UneedADictionary 155 I mean. He made an entire troll video based on not understanding what Miller actually said. He comes off like an idiot for doing it, yet still left the video up. I'd have pulled it down once I realized my mistake.

  • @UneedADictionary

No you are the only one who doesn't get this video. This video PWNED Millerusaf. Uneedadictionary, and you need to open that dictionary up and learn the difference between a "Point Target" and an "Area Target".

Once you learn the difference between the two then you will understand the Maximum Effective range of the M16 series rifle "Officially" according to the FM 3-22.9.

You are listening to a guy who falsly calls a "Service Rifle" a "Designated Marksman Rifle".

  • @THEKINGSOFBATTLE If you guys are saying that area target fire is never used by infantry, then you're an idiot.

  • @UneedADictionary

What you fail to recognise is that miller gets all of his knowledge from reading books, and when you get your knowledge from reading books "only", and not hands on experience, and training with an M16 series rifle then you will know that's why he does not fully understand the FM duties of the M16 series Rifle.

It's all in fun that the 155Channel gives him back his games he plays here on youtube. But really the guy does truely stretch things pretty out of proportion.

  • @THEKINGSOFBATTLE Your whole video is regarding info from a book. You probably had no idea what "area target" meant, Googled it, and found the range for "point target". That or you made this based on something semiautoriflefuck1 told you. Who btw gets info from forums. Fact checked and verified books > forums.

The fact is that he said area target and he is correct.

    Maximum range :3,600 meters

    Maximum effective range:

Area target: 2,624.8 feet (800 meters)

Point target: 1,804.5 feet (550 meters)

  • @UneedADictionary

Miller's arguement is the same as yours... That of a "Straw man arguement" Neither of your arguements hold any water here... That's why guys such as myself are able to capitalize on your youtube FAIL...

As for Semiautoriflelover1? Well he knows a hell of alot more than you do "Strawman..."

Go away boy... Don't bother me, I got much more important information to put out here than argue with a nobody... ;)

  • @THEKINGSOFBATTLE Are you kidding? Nothing I've said was "straw-man". But your whole video is a straw-man argument.

"The Straw Man fallacy is committed when a person simply ignores a person's actual position and substitutes a distorted, exaggerated or misrepresented version of that position."

Miller said "area target" and yet you pretend that he said "point target". Your error has already been pointed out by others, but you keep pretending otherwise. That is a sign of a personality disorder.

  • @UneedADictionary

No your arguement is nothing but "Strawman", just as was miller's.

Funny... Because the video everyone of us with common sense saw here on youtube showed Millerusaf "alleging" that the M16 series rifle is maximum effective on a man at 800 Meters. "POINT TARGET" is a man!

According to AR 3-22.9, it says the M16 series is only maximum effective on "Point Target" at 550 meters.

Meaning you, and miller just got PWNED by the 155Millimeter Channel, and AR 3-22.9...! ;)

  • @UneedADictionary

If my memory serves me right "Maximum effective" range by military standards is designated by being lethal only 50% of the time. Meaning at even 550 Meters you "ONLY" have a 50-50 chance of killing a man (Point Target) with an M16A2.

Now go add up your chances on a man at 800 meters by the AR 3-22.9, and see just how dramatically that drops. Most likely less than 20% chance.

Do your homework dude, and stop listening to "role players" here on youtube. ;)

  • @THEKINGSOFBATTLE That isn't how area targets work. You aren't aiming at a point target, i.e. a person. You are aiming at an "area" target, i.e. keeping a squad pinned down.

  • @UneedADictionary <----------- Millerusaf under one of his many sock/ troll accounts, attempting to redeem himself from his FAIL and being schooled by 155Millimeter...

Uh... I think I know what "area target" means, this video is what explained that to you. We would all appreciate if you would stop trying to use "Straw man" rebuttle's in an attempt to "SALVAGE" a win for you. Just refer to AR 3-22.9 for the FACTS. 800 Meters is beyond the M16's maximum effective range on "point target." PWNED!

  • @UneedADictionary <-------------- Sock account started by miller, in an attempt to redeem himself from 155Millimeter Channel handing him his @ss in the above video.

According to FM 3-22.9 you just got OWNED! And this video is going NOWHERE! It stays up for all to see 155Millimeter Channel correct your FAIL...

Had you been "COMBAT ARMS" then you would have known the m16 is a service rifle.

@ 800 Meters you call in Artillery, and quit playing with pop gun M16's @ 800 meters will ya'...

  • @THEKINGSOFBATTLE Nope. I don't even sub miller as his vids aren't relevant to my current interests. I just happened across this vid.

Artillery isn't always an available option. So guys are just supposed to sit there, getting shelled, until someone builds a road to bring in Howitzers?

Nope. They area target fire, with rifles and grenades, until the enemy is wiped, flanked, a predator on, or mortars are up.

Feel free to push this comment off the 1st page too. At least you aren't deleting them.

  • @UneedADictionary

"Artillery conquers and then infantry occupies." - J.F.C. Fuller

You should stop watching youtube videos as a source to get your information on War tactics... You REALLY need to bring the FACTS, from CREDITABLE SOURCES, such as these guys famous quotes that went down in history before you bring your little "Straw man" arguements to the 155Millimeter Channel son... ;)

  • @UneedADictionary

Youtube role players recommend: Using M16 service rifle on man size target @ 800 M

All REAL "Combat Arms" knows @ 800 Meters: "Steel Rain this is Colt Team, Fire mission over. Colt Team this is Steel Rain, What position? Position. Colt Team this is Steel Rain, Four Guns Shell H.E. Fuse PD, Gunline, Gunline, Fire Mission! One round, Shell H.E. Fuse P.D. Charge 7 white bag, Deflection 3093, Quadrant 208. At my Command, Gunline stand by! Gunline FIRE! Target OBLTERATED!

  • @sharpshooternick

Why is the 155Millimeter Channel a cocksucker? Because the 155Millimeter Channel goes by the "FACTS ONLY", whereas the millerusaf channel embelishes, and blows things way out of proportion standing on all his debates with his same life long "STRAW MAN" arguement of: "If the moon, and stars align just right, then the possibility of this happening is good."

You need to learn how to identify a "STRAW MAN" in life, and learn to take all they say with a grain of salt. ;)

  • What do ya wanna be?! A ROCK HARD FISTER! HOOAH!

  • @Ironhorsetango

Hoooooah! On that one brother Red Leg! Thank you for your service as a "King of Battle" Red Legs! ;)

  • @Ironhorsetango

Hey check out the channel "CRTV1982" he is a brother Red Leg as well, and he was also a Fister, and also check out "madmax13bravo" he is another on here.

This is 155, and this my other channel called "Thekingsofbattle"

  • If an enemy is standing 800 meters away near a forest how can you see him with iron sights? Maybe if you are in the middle of a desert and the guy is big like Fat Albert and you have zero wind you might be able to hit him with 1 out of 10 shots.

  • @semiautoriflelover1 i wouldnt say that bro. in ww1 when the marines got the name devildog from the germans, they were shooting an easy 800 and killing germans at belleau wood. its a fact.

  • @danthman114 You can't even tell if a guy is an enemy at 800 meters, unless it's out in the open you are better off not taking the shot. why not just use a fucking scope for long range shots? War is about killing guys not being cool bragging about getting a lucky iron sight shot at long range. "If a guy is behind any kind of cover you can't even see him past 300 meters", that quote was from a Navy Seal. The odds getting a 800 meter kill shot(1 shot 1 kill) with an M16A4 iron sights is slim.

  • @semiautoriflelover1 look into the confederate soldier who shot a union officer at 800+ with a whitworth rifle. you know i get along with everyone right? but to thik it cant be done is somewhat misguided. history has already shown it could be, and with black powder weapons. actually, the way your thinking could get you killed if someone invaded. sounds crazy saying that but its true. it all depends on weather...

  • @danthman114 Why in today's military would they want a guy taking a shot with an M4 or M16A4 with iron sights out to 800 meters? Why not just have a guy do it with a scoped rifle? The odds are not good for a first rd hit with a 5.56 at 800 meters. I could make a hit at 800 meters with my handgun but it would be a 1 and a million shot. many troops get killed by their our men because guys are just spraying rounds around the countryside, just ask Pat Tillman. What if that guy at 800 up was a Seal?

  • Comment removed

  • @danthman114

Yeah they were shooting 800 by calling in Artilley. LOLOLOL! ;)

  • @danthman114 I saw an interview with World War 2 snipers and they said they didn't shoot as far as you think, they said 600 meters and in, of course this was 3 guys but they didn't act like they would have even considered any 1000 meter shots. The one guy said "How can you tell if it's the enemy at 1000 with 4X scope". If the Seals are covert and have AK47s you don't want any guys taking shots with irons at that distance unless they know what they are firing at, it could be a villager.

  • @semiautoriflelover1 im not argueing the fact that it isnt practical, i know its not. but it COULD be done if need be. alot of it depends on the environment too. would i try it with an m16? for targets maybe. i already shoot them at 600. anything past that i have my m1a, 03 or my 700 and other rifles. to say it cant be done is kinda foolish because history has already proven it. hathcock held the record for longest kill up till the current war...

  • @semiautoriflelover1 Billy Dixon did it at 1,028 yards with open sights and a cartridge having a trajectory similar to a football.

  • @UneedADictionary

Your arguement here is the same as millers. It's an arguement of: "If the moon, and stars align just right, then the possibility of this happening is good."

If you follow a channel like that here on youtube, go for it, their are many, many, many, many, many, channels here who embelish things, and exagerate, and blow things out of proportion.

However you won't find that on the 155Channel, or the semiautolover1 channel. These channels go by facts only. 50% chance facts.

  • @semiautoriflelover1

Yeah all those things you are reading are coming from credible sources who actually carried a rifle, and trained with a rifle. I never done anything special, but I carried a rifle around, that was part of my job, carrying, and training with a rifle. That's why I know the basics of M16's.

I can understand where "straw man" miller would not be able to fully understand the duties of the M16 series rifle, because he gets all his knowledge from reading books, not hands on.

  • @semiautoriflelover1

    Check out this PWNAGE... ;)

  • if you dont think that the 5.56 is effective at those ranges you should do some ballistic testing yourself. put some water jugs out there, and watch them explode when you shoot them. then say that the 5.56 like a .22lr

  • if you listened miller said that it was area target not point targets. the 5.56 is still lethal at those ranges. ive shot a coyote at 934 yds with a 5.56 i was using an AR with a much longer barrel but i looked at some charts and it should have been going somewhere between 1030-948 fps. the coyote was facing me and the bullet impacted what would be center mass on a person. the coyote just plain dropped. after seeing that i have no doubt that the 5.56 would kill a human.

  • @FirepowerConcealed

I almost did a video showing that you were one of the "ONLY" smart guys who posted in his comments below... The majority of his audience are also guys who I have PWNED once before here on youtube, so automatically they just run to his channel and sub him only for mere purpose of supporting his hatred for me, and my channel... LOL!

He thinks they actually believe his sh#t... LOL! They only play along just because they can't stand me... Ha! Ha! Ha!

  • If Miller jumped on your back in a dark room would you beat him off?

  • correct sir, M16/A2 rifles according to the US Army Study Guide have a maximum effective range for an area target of 800meters, for point target of 550meters.... :D

  • @hk417

You are a smart man... :) We must continue to help educate millerusaf, for he was without gun inside hostile territory... ;)

  • when can we see the 338 being shot?

  • were u not a fuckin mechanic, Im just sayin

  • @Instinctual777 who me?

  • sorry but he said area target not point target
