They were originally gonna put harley quinn in a fifth Tim Burton batman movie as Jack Napier (Joker)'s daughter. The movie was gonna be called Batman Triumphant, but they didn't make it, which presents a good chance to put harley in a Nolan movie.

The main villain in The Dark Knight's sequel, in my opinion, should be Black Mask.
1) With the exception of The Batman and a few Batman comics, he has barely made any debuts in some medium of the Batman franchise.
2) He is a cold, badass motherfucker you wouldn't want to fuck with.

Well , frist off , actor Sir, Michael Caine has said "he thinks". the next two Villains will be Riddler played by Johnny Depp, and Penguin by Philip Seymour Hoffman.
An, there are also strong rumors that Eddie Murphy might be playing the Riddler. The truth to these rumors. are that studio really wants Johnny Depp for third film. however, If Depp Unavailable . they will replace him with Eddie Murphy.

Hey Harleymk69.Alright, i kno the perfect woman to nail the part for Harley Quinn!...MARISA TOMEI! I mean hello, have you seen my cousin vinny?? Her brooklyn accent and her perkiness would definitely fit perfectly for the role as Harley!! yeah, she maybe a lot older now (which maybe the only disadvantage 4her getting the role) but she's truly versatile and I think she could pull off the role as harley perfectly and even NAIL IT! She won the oscar 4 vinny, & this may get her a second oscar too!

Interesting. Chris Nolan and David Goyer said they're not doing Penguin or Catwoman. However, there are still high hopes they'll do Riddler. If so, I think he'll be the guy who tried to blackmail Batman in TDK. I also think they'll do Talia al-Gaul as a follow up to Ra's. If so, I think she should be played by Jennifer Connelly.

If there is to be a Riddler I believe that Johnny Depp would be perfect. but i honestly think that Riddler and Penguin should be next. maybe they can work together. No offense to you Harley, or to anyone else who wants this, but I'm not at all interested in seeing Harley Quinn unles A) She's not Harley Quinn yet, and is instead Dr. Harleen Quinzel or B) They bring in both her *and* they bring the Joker back. I just don't see the point of introducing her outside of her job as a doctor, or unless they completely re-wrote her origin and made her the Joker's daughter or something (which wouldn't be a good idea IMO.)

1: Hair can be dyed so it doesn't have to be a blond. Especially knowing that Harley isn't a blond anyway as she admitted in Batman the Animated Series
2: They have to pick someone who is athletic as Harley Quinn not some boney stick figure model. Being as Milla Jovovich is believable as a girl who can fight. Dont know if she act crazy though. Would be interesting to see as Heath did it and I didn't think he could

I don't think it would be a good idea to put Harley Quinn in the next Batman-movie. The whole project would have to be more of a comedy then the very dark drama the two first movies has been.

They were originally gonna put harley quinn in a fifth Tim Burton batman movie as Jack Napier (Joker)'s daughter. The movie was gonna be called Batman Triumphant, but they didn't make it, which presents a good chance to put harley in a Nolan movie.
Also, Hoffman said he wasn't interested in being penguin, Depp said he thought it would be fun to be riddler, and the original Catwoman from the old TV show (I forget her name) said Angelina Jolie would be a good catwoman.
