Oh my gosh! I just did this over the weekend with a candle I had that had burned down! I used a chopstick to keep the wick straight. It worked perfectly!
I do this too! It is sooo much fun!!!!! But I like do a double broiler kinda way so I can melt a lot of wax at a time! I boil some water in a pan, then I out all the wax into a glass bowl and but it in the boiling water til it melts!
did u blow the candle out or did it just brurn out?

Amateur Candles are the bomb...i mean pro candles are great too! But sometimes the energies put into amateur candles can be stronger
