The riots in the U.S. will start when the governments stop paying the people or when the money that people have isn't enough to pay rent and buy food. The time is near! When we begin to see people killed by the police and it begins to make mainline news, then we know we are within 3 months of the physical collapse of America. The London riots were ostensibly about a gun battle between a known felon & police, not something that would spark a riot in the U.S. It's probably a mixed bag of pent of anger fueled & encouraged by a criminal element.
