Do all those multi vitamins work? or how about all those natural remides? who knows ya know? There not approved by the FDA, and some of the FDA approved stuff get's pulled anyway? There all products making our lives better and it's what makes this a capitalistic economy.

Hey I have this air purifier and it does a pretty good Job. it does have Hepa and all of the other stuff is there as well. Whether UV does what it's suppose to or not it does have it. Whether Carbon filter truly makes everything smell pretty I guess, the room smells nice. The pre-filter definettly works, collects lots of dust! Does the metel grid work I guess?

all im saying is i'd rather have those technologies then just hepa alone. Hospitals do use hepa and uv however. Im satisfied!

Are you certified with Asthma and Allergy Association of America? I am sure you are not ? first get certification please.

The AAAA does not approve or certify air purifiers.. most allergists recommend HEPA which this unit has.. Thanks for asking

As a rule, freestanding air cleaners do not do a very good job of cleaning the air and actually cost more to run than ones inside the HVAC system. That's because the former can only clean one room.

If whole house units did a good job then you wouldn't have dust in your home. Unfortunately whole house units are NOT deigned to clean, but deliver cold and warm air only. Also ventilation units are inefficient with energy, as you see more green homes going with alternatives.Vents leak. Hopefully they will start designing homes for clean air...
