At the beginning it doesn't mention a toy shop. Its something like "Do you have some time for me, I'll sing you a song about 99 air balloons on their way to the horizon." And at the end it her saying "As I make my round (in a ruined world) all I found was a balloon, I think of you and let it go. They should have kept it.

Wow you have some issues! Carmine said they were using this song as an INTRO for an anime about war (doesn't matter which!) not that the song influences the anime itself.
