That is really nice! Very close to my favorite, the Roland Rs-09. Good to hear a demo recorded so clean as well :). I wish some company would bring this technology back.
They had a way of making thin pulse waves sound good back then. Some lush string effects are done with PWM while others are chorus units. I like mixing pitch lfos on one osc with PWM on the other (regular analog synth). I never quite got a lush sound with a mono Moog, though. Phasers &delays are nice.
