I love both dbsk and shinee, but I love dbsk more. Shinee is the hip and cool group while the 5 gods are the hot and sophisticated group. Overall they are very great groups, with entirely different concept.

I define TVXQ with 'smart and perfect', and SHINee with 'lively and lovely'. And for nowaday, I add term 'harmony' for TVXQ, and 'colorful' for SHINee. Both of them have their own charm.

Dance-wise there may be room for comparison, but vocally TVXQ REIGNS! Their live performances are better their CD version whereas Shinee has lots of room for improvement - their live perf are not consistent.

@mablekim Though am Pro-Shinee; this is my opinion: DBSK: LOOKS - good height and projection VOICES - all have nice voices DANCE SKILLS - all dance superbly SHINEE: Though may not be totally outstanding; they compensate one's talent to counterbalance talent variations. And IMO - Shinee has better song choices & unique dance choreos that set trends. if they don't disband early - they will surely go farther than today. but DBSK coould have been. .

For dancing, I think Shinee will be clearly better than DBSK when they are around DBSK's age; however, singing-wise, DBSK is definitely better. Even at debut, DBSK's voices were amazing (well, all except Yunho whose singing was average at first, but improved as time progressed).

They are both talented. It is just about the material that they are performing.
