Yes, it is. We certainly called it robot about some functions. My advise was born because in my opinion nowadays the term robot is continually wasted: on the web you can find "robots" that aren't Robots with capitol R!! In other words autonomus! Don't you agree with me?
Anyway not "good structure": Fantastic Structure!!!...especially the arm...
if you consider only its movement ,yes it's not autonomous.
But i think we can also call it robot ,according to its brain which processes data from sensors itself (there's no human controlling it of course) like localization or making map.

It isn't a robot, because is controlled.....robot means autonomus....and this isn't. A part from that....good structure!!

Yes, it is remote controlled (with a lot of tool helping the operator, he don't have to control every joint by himself)
We are not advance enough to go in the hard terrain zone by fully auto robot.
