There needs to be a lot more phrasing and musicality- everything sounds pushed, and there are no dynamic shifts. Right now the choir sounds like it's yelling. If they were taught to sing from their core, and not off of their throats, they have the potential to sound very good.
I loved singing this song in high school. This song does have a lot of chords in it that ring so deep, your skull rattles & your organs vibrate. Lol! I miss it.
Nice arrangement and well sung. Good performance as well. I personally think that the accent can be improved...it could be more Latin instead of American.

The accent can be improved. It's supposed to be Latin, not American "gaudeytey".
