  • You're brilliant Stu. Like another commenter wrote, this really deserves more views. Love your show and rewatch them every other year or so. I especially like Zen and the Zen of Zen. To other readers of these comments, be sure to check out Stuart's music, too. Amazing human being.

  • TOUR AGAIN!!! I need you.

  • I LOVE YOU STUART DAVIS lol you the man been watching and listening to you for years

  • Hi, i`m not an english speaker, but I really liked this video, I think it can help me with a big project in my university, buy i`d really like to get it with subtitles ¿does some body know where I can find it?

    Thanx :)

  • Albeit some exagerration and an obviously jocular presentation, the conversation in this video is a thousand times more intelligent than the typical debate on environmental/climate issues. I see a lot of wisdom here. Though I'm not convinced that tribal cultures had "the highest murder rates in human history." To my knowledge, murder and slavery soared only *after* the agricultural revolution and rise of cities. It would be great if the video cited its sources.

  • What a brilliant analysis. I only wish they hadn't picked a winner at the end.

  • ouch. hilarious!

  • 'oxymorons should go extinct"

  • full of crap about indigenous tribes though

  • @TheFourEagles that's the point. we have to get to know the crap in ourselves before we can flush it out in others. ;)

  • Have fun policy making

  • Classic comedy!

  • I agree, eat the hippies.

  • A video so nice, I watched it thrice.

Everybody I know loves these videos, he needs to do a sitcom on HBO or something.

  • Funny.

  • Love it!

  • this totally deserves more views. too bad the videos that keep us from evolving have the most views. O.o

"the dodo? a flightless bird? I'm supposed to be bumbed out about that? Oh no, what are we gonna lose next? ...a fish that can't swim?"

    loved it!

  • Exactly...

  • Man, this video deserves way more views than it has.

  • No doubt.

  • Still works! This is edited, color corrected, & encoded by Oliver Rabinovitch.

  • I guess you'd rather starve a forest than drive a Hummer. Ohhh man, this video makes me laugh every time!

  • it's about both modernism AND Postmodernism... in fact, transcending both of those....

    it's basically about aperspectival thinking

  • Indeed it is.

  • Modernist vs postmodernist.......... duuuh.

  • I'm not familiar with the terms--Stuart who is pro extinction is the moderist? It reminds me of a my boyfriend and I, how our conversations go.

  • Postmodernism vs. Post-postmodernism.......duuuuuh!

  • Brilliant.

  • this is a cool video, i like their take on everything going on. keeps things in perspective. good video!

  • one of my favourite clips on Youtube period. Clever, insightful, entertaining and well produced.

I'll be passing this one on for sure!

  • I really enjoyed that. :)

  • "These guys" are fucking hilarious. Where is Episode 13!

  • Brilliant as ever!

  • Thank you.

  • Loved IT.....

  • This one is brilliant. Thank you, much love.

  • i feel like...i agree with the stu in black for the most part.

"I guess you'd rather starve a forest than drive a hummer." hilarious.

  • level 7-8 material dude!

  • everythings sounds so familiar:-)

  • Much much better than the last try. Great episode. We are back in business :)

  • thanks guys!

  • yezzzzzzzzz!

  • Let's save Earth for the butterflies, they are so much more beautiful than humans. I'm sure butterflies feel the same way...

  • beautiful

  • brilliant

  • Continuity check -- it starts with Black Stu not being able to get internet or cell phone then at the end he has both. How did that happen?

  • Let me think about that for a few hundred million years and get back to you...

  • Only 10,000,000 years to recover from our dunken orgy. Great. Funny to see truth caught between Black Stu and White Stu. Seems hedonist Black Stu had the upper hand in debate since he was able to hide his personal profit motive within the "big picture" rhetoric, while bodhisattva White Stu couldn't articulate his concern for others except in a bliss-ninny way. But where is Blue jean Stu to provide the synthesis?

  • Is it my imagination or did "Black Stu" start channeling Christopher Walken at the 7:17 mark?

  • lol stop it

  • LOL. you are so right on! that's why it was so familiar!

  • I imagined that too! Way cool.

    This is my new favorite.

    Word to the Stu(s).

  • wow, nice work!

  • Edutainment at its best!!! Thank you Stuart for making us laugh and reminding us that the whole point of saving the planet, is saving the planet for humanity.

  • It is quite interesting, that what we think is doing good for the planet, has ultimately resulted in the fact that we are destroying the planet. Like in Buddhist philosophy, some times if there are things which may seem pleasurable, however when you get to the core of things, it is actualy the cause of your stress, letting things go through their natural cycles is the wisest thing you can do.

  • integral philosophy in a nutshell!!

  • a gem!
