Set up an account, list all your Available games, make a Wanted list and then you can search games and make trade offers. You can also browse Matches once you set up the Available and Wanted. Don't even need to do Wanted list but when you browse games it will show you if a user has a game you want and if you have what another wants, so set up an account. I make a trade every so often.

I got gamefly last year to try and help with my game review assignments at dehardgamefan. But it ended up being worthless because regardless of availability, games I had in my queue would take weeks and sometimes MONTHS to show up. So I canceled the service but keep my membership open. Why? Because they have better prices most times on used games than gamestop does by FAR, AND when you buy a used game that has an online pass, you still get the pass cause they keep the code voucher in the box.

I've never used gamefly personally, but I can relate to the bullshit customer service. I bought Uncharted 3 and of course it required Sony's online pass to play online. It said the code for the pass was on the back of the manual so I look and see nothing. Emailed Sony about my problem and instead of helping, all they did was keep telling me to look on the manual. Then they had the nerve to send a follow up email asking me if I was satisfied with how everything was handled.

They're called script forms, as in a pre written letter. It's like talking to a bot.
It usually takes 2 or 3 days for them to ship me a game but I don't have a problem with it. It's a cheap service and I'm not expecting high quality service. Still better than paying 60 bucks for a game that you'll only play for a week or two before getting bored of it.

no Rev, you are not at all unreasonable... i canceled my Gamefly membership in October of 2010 for the EXACT SAME REASONS .... Gamefly is all bullshit... most of the time it took them TWO WEEKS from the time i put a game in the mail to the time i get my next game... ... most of the time during a month of membership i'd get 1, and if i was really lucky, 2 games... at 20 bucks a month??? fuck that shit... i canceled and i will never again subscribe to GameFly

Also, totally agree. Businesses use to at least give the illusion that they cared about every customer, but it seems most now don't even bother with that. I'm sure there will be a resurgence of companies who try to please customers, but it will only happen after people start sending a message with their wallets.
