Awwww, I have a Pekingese who also has hydrocephalus and he is blind in only one eye. He's had surgery on both due to a cataract in one, and a ruptured corneal ulcer in the other. He also drags his back legs because he's had something wrong with his spine. But he is the happiest dog ever! No matter any of these problems, i love him more than anything! such special dogs!! :)
Seems like he's moving from gravel to grass, gravel to porch stone, etc. to figure out the lay of the land. That or he's just nuts. Hard to tell with even the brightest dogs at the best of times. ;)
