I kind of disagree with the cape thing. I got a General Grievous mighty mugg and had the same proplem but if you bend the cape a little, he stands up strait and won't fall over, but, if you don't want to do that is OK.

It's just a designer toy that depicts characters from movies or marvel. It is made out of plastic and is a really fun idea
