I agree about trucking being a lifestyle. You have to love it or it will eat you up inside.
On a side note, I started on youtube about a month ago and picked my youtube name with no knowledge of you. This is my cb handle for 23 years. Sorry if there is any confusion. Keep the great videos coming!
I am an new trucker out there a rookie. I live out there on the road and take some vacation at home. a litte reversed but love it, got my puter, dvd player and movies to keep me entertained for extended downtime. I still struggle on the backing stuff but so far all professional drivers have been helpful when I need it. I ask for a spot at times and weigh my options if u see this msg and your a driver! HAIL! thanks for lookin out for other drivers
I'm ever grateful for you truckers, Thank you! I've seen the road ruin marriages, health, and finances. For me, the short time I was on the road as a bed-bugger, it felt more like a prison sentence. Without the hard work of our underpaid truckers, this nation would stop! Again, thanks to all of you, and God Bless you all!
I leave my family when going out on the road, and it doesnt bother me a bit. The key is to concentrate on the job, and just be safe at all times. Never mix personal things with trucking or you will have a problem.
I agree with everything you say. I must admit, I do miss being over the road, but I hated my wife calling me all the time with problems with the kids or the house, and I would be in California or somewhere else besides Illinois where I live, and I couldn't do anything about it.
it is true it is a life style unless people look at it as a job or a carrer it has to be something you love doing or your going to be grumpy and piss off all the time. thanks for the great vid keep them commin man
