To fix the lighting try "bouncing" some light off a large sheet of White card into your face.

The lighting is very good on this video but there seems to be a lot of artifacts or grain with the camera. For some reason the quality is way off. Though again the lighting looks good.

@PurpleHoneyBear i really did! and i got the shirt at topshop/topman  and yeah, i figured out that i have to white balance first, so it's getting there, now i just have to focus better
