hi guys, having the exact same problem, read on a forum that compressed air may help so i tried it but to no avail.... also tried pmckeown25's suggestion and have calibrated around 30 time but still no luck... any other suggestions? this is my second s4 having had issues with faders going haywire and was really gutted to have this problem...
@barnziebasher hey man....when you start the Traktor 2 program, is there a prompt that automatically pops up and says something to the effect of "you should calibrate your jogwheels after the first three minutes of startup, we will remind you"....and then 3 minutes later another prompt pops up that asks if you want to recalibrate the jogs?
a.) just be sure you've downloaded the latest traktor update from NI (I think it's traktor 2.1.2)
b.) even though you've calibrated the jogwheel, you might have to do it a couple more times...I've had similar problems, got frustrated and just kept recalibrating them...i guess it took about 5 tries or so, then it started working fine. I've had my s4 about a year now working fine, even out in the club, just recently jogwheel started acting up again...recalibrated it like 5-10 times now works fine
Just got brand new S4 couple days ago and left Jog Wheels doesn't react to spinning or any movement, pressure plate reacts to touch but thats it....Right one works perfectly
