@PDXBikes Both... I never let the charge go below 50% so it isn't charging from zero. I have a 2nd panel on my Xmas Wish list so I'll see if it charges twice as fast. Hope that helps.
I don't know for sure, but it does have TWO sockets so I don't see why it wouldn't work. I think I'm going to go buy a second panel and see if it charges up twice as fast! Thanks for the idea.
