  • Serious... You do the exorcise really really 2-fast!! it should be 4-5 seconds up and 2-3 down, and special if you can do 10 you do 15 if you can repeat it 15 times you do it 24 times... You shall start to sweating not be able to feed your baby and have a glass of whisky same time you do your exorcises.....

  • @myworkout1997 I know, I've been doing this for about 2 weeks and i'm already seeing a difference. I really like the ab workouts, there pretty good. My stomach is already beginning to tighten up!!

  • @nadielove Well these are follow along videos so I typically do the abs, buttox, and legs- and I also do a pilates after that :). I usually workout for about an hour to an hour and a half. I do these 3-4 times a week. how about you?

  • @646ami It Won't help you lose weight , it will just make a shape under the fat, Cardio burns fat , but muscle helps

  • To reply to you all ?'s....yes this workout works! You have to be dedicated i did this workout 2x a day sometimes 3x....My butt got tht "poke out" look lol but I already had booty anyway...This workout help shaped my booty up!

  • @Claud542 yea probably. u dont want 2 do a particular area of your body more than every other day. unfortunately, you have to wait at least one day in between the same kind of workout

  • I did this exercise today but three times so i could have 3 set of ten for each exercise and i got a great burn! I like how the video is easy to follow and you can see the correct form of doing it! I plan on working out with you Tammy at least three times a week but doing 3 sets of ten for each exercise!

  • love it.easy and really works..firmed my butt in just a week if you do it 20's per routine or you do it by 10's and do the routine 2x.pls do uplod some more to easily loose the love handles and firms breast coz already did the diet and im trying to firm my skin since i lost weight.ate oats and 1 cup only per day on lunch.and smal vege or fruit meal.and sometimes i skip diet to eat something sweet to fill in the sugar my body needs..and now im checking your workout butt firming exercise

    You get toned through appropriate nutritional choices (not one mention of that here) and a program of activity to promote lean muscle growth.

    THEN if you want to tone your legs and butt (The strongest muscles in your body) you HAVE to use resistance!!!! You cannot just push air molecules!

    If you saw a video of someone telling you you could get toned arms by just flexing and relaxing your biceps - you would know that was rubbish!

  • Some people got this video wrong. This is for TONING your butt not making it grow.
