@loooooooool22 they make the glute muscles stronger and firmer. They don't make your butt bigger but if you do these exercises with some type of cardio they will give your butt a shape.
Serious... You do the exorcise really really 2-fast!! it should be 4-5 seconds up and 2-3 down, and special if you can do 10 you do 15 if you can repeat it 15 times you do it 24 times... You shall start to sweating not be able to feed your baby and have a glass of whisky same time you do your exorcises.....

I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
This is like the best butt workout I've seen so far. This is my workout, I hope my butt gets more round and grow a few inches...I love my butt, I mean what female doesn't cherish their butt!

Rubbish!
You get toned through appropriate nutritional choices (not one mention of that here) and a program of activity to promote lean muscle growth.
THEN if you want to tone your legs and butt (The strongest muscles in your body) you HAVE to use resistance!!!! You cannot just push air molecules!
If you saw a video of someone telling you you could get toned arms by just flexing and relaxing your biceps - you would know that was rubbish!
