Brakes stop great, the only thing they forgot to show is the brake dust and the rotor wear problem on all 2006 srt8s. And if you were over 12000 miles warranty wouldn't replace them. I know cause it happened to me. The brake pads are so agressive that my rotors needed to be replaced and my pads looked like new but the dust is unreal. Last dodge product I buy, cause it was a factory defect and Chrysler refused to pay for it at 19000 on my srt8.

The *ahem* 2.8 litre 230 hp is better use of engine space. (528 is a 2.8 litre pal...2793 cc)

Also you seem to be forgetting that all wheel drive cars such as the 528xi consume fuel more than they need to during normal driving conditions. So go figure, a 528i gets even better mileage. PLus wrong figures on the BMW since you overestimate the engine displacement.

not going on price (the extra money is because overall the BMW is a far higher standard than that big chunk of plastic) the M5 destroys the SRT8, considering its only got 75bhp more it was about 3 seconds faster in a drag run. Thats a lifetime in racing!

Also if the track had corners no amount of mods to the 300c would make it get round any quicker it would just fly off the track a bit faster.

this is an srt8 not a 300c, different engines, 300c has a traction control system you cannot switch off so automatically your riding experience will suck if you want to go really fast, srt8 on the other hand is a 425 hp monster.

The last weekend i drive a Subaru WRX 2006 again, and went for a ride on a SRT8... u feel more the aceleration on the Subaru, ok, its a 4wd, manual gearbox, but it only have 230horsepower, and the SRT8 has 420 ( or more, i dont know =P )... the brakes, are really better on the SRT8... its just amazing how that car brakes !
