When my hubby lost his job, I was a supporting wife, but ol' boy was not allowed to slack. It is NOT good for men to be sitting around too long. Human nature being what it is, it's too easy to get complacent. Again, my honey isn't rich, but he's employed. Betta recognize.

I don't think the amount of money someone has matters. What matters is their values: Are they compassionate, honest, etc.

I have no qualms about dating poor/broke guys. I have hardly any money myself, not that that is an issue. What does bother me though, is dating guys who claim they are financially sound, but in reality they're not, and they end up stealing from my purse :0/ Honesty is a trait I value more over anything.

I don't mean to sound like a gold digger but I would never date anyone without money but that's because I'm just use to having money and getting anything I want  I grew up with money and I need to grow old with money

@millerwhistper You know I dont think you can be a gold digger if you already have your own money lol...I think that honestly its good to be open to what could happen..but also be careful..I know if you meet someone who is on the road to becoming a doctor they will not have much money but once they are finished money will not really be too much of a problem..well once the student loans are cleared up lol:)

A man doesn't have to be ballin' out of control to get my attention, but he cannot be without money/financial means. I'm really attracted to men that work....lol. Its okay to be broke every now again due to paying bills and doing what you gotta do, etc. But just to be a broke ass man; just broke for no reason, broke because you used to women taken care of you, broke because you just a bum by nature...is not cute. I've encountered these type of guys when I was single and....yeah its not cute lol
