  • I really admire the whole designs, from art to the models.

  • The only way we can make this happen, is if we spread the word and educate ourselves, people. You are beautiful!

  • Sahara forest project<<<<<

  • ive often thought about when the first city would be made, believe me as soon as it is im there! hopefully it is soon, if you started off with one of the citys on the surface of the water you could build it in international waters and then that way not need the approval of governments etc.. because you would have your own sovereignty and from there you could lead by example. just a thought, im no expert on any of this so dont tear me down lmao

  • I really like this project I hope everything could be make it! I will support you

  • Ms. Roseanne And Mr. Fresco I would like to know what are the requirements to take a group of 20 teenagers ages between 12 to 19 yrs old for a tour of the Venus Project, these are kids I'm helping to stay out of trouble by keeping their minds busy with interesting knowledge, good prospects for future leaders though, btw thanks for all your legacy! hoping to read your response soon!

  • It is no wonder that Jacque loves to design machines......HE IS ONE! Lol. 95 and boundless energy. Long live Fresco. :D

  • please make the first city, the moment you do we will win. and the revolution will begin.

does anyone know how much the monetary cost for a mock-city is going to be ?

  • @SoldierCyfix I say, easily millions of USD (Assuming it's done "right").

  • Wow, would buy the audio book immediately, Roxanne. Of course the content matters most, but I love your voice!

  • Dear TVPMedia,

It's probably in your best interest to just disregard the "trolls" you find on YouTube. They don't get it, but they're obviously interested enough to watch your films.

  • How beautiful persons :)

  • I'm very glad to hear that The Best That Money Can't Buy will be on audio book. I read it already, but would like this for times I can't hold a book (driving etc).

    Cheers to Roxanne!

  • I want to live like how Jacque and Roxanne are living. Futuristic architecture, surreal lime green landscaping, raccoons running about and otters snatching fish out of the water.

  • I got so much out of my Venus Project Tour on Feb 5th, 2011 and thank TVP for everything that they have and continue to do to get these ideas out on a mass scale.

  • The Venus Project is the work of taking the powers that keep civilians from being indispensable- production and distribution - and automate it in to the hands of the ruling class at the control of a few. Such a horrible idea.

  • @JaysThoughts i hope you try to learn more about the whole system so that you understand why this isn't the case; if understanding is of any interest to you. In which case you should take part in real discussion instead of projecting your own interpretations about it. But if you are just here to make your own noise then it isn't helpful to anyone.

  • @thevenusprojectmedia No but I think that's where they belong.

  • @JaysThoughts Do you really think that the powers of production and distribution are presently in the hands of civilians? That seems very questionable to me. Even with the limited and diminishing extent of the power that the working class wields it's only a matter of time before "technological unemployment" renders it solely in the hands of a so-called elite. Look into this system more before you dismiss it!

  • @thevenusprojectmedia Tell me something. Do you get mad at a vending machine at the store because it "rules over you" when it malfunctions and doesn't give you the snack you order it to? Even if there is a ruling class which there won't be when money is removed from the economy, what are they going to do with all the automated machines that produces HUGELY more than they (the "ruling class") can consume? It's senseless to control something you can't practically use.

  • Jays Thoughts what do you propose we do for a better future for everyone?

To let the system as it is? It is clear that it doesn't work. For 2500 years the rich and hungry for power are getting richer and the middle classes and the lower classes are the slaves.I'm a guy from Romania you know a 3 world country?Try going to work for 8-10 hours, have 2 college diplomas,be a MCSA and get paid 200 Euro try living on your own when the rent is 200 euro and then tell me that the system is working!!

  • @magepower3 I get asked this often enough that I'm working on a series to answer it in full as soon as possible! If you want I can message you when it's out or.. you could just subscribe. It really is hard to fit into this comment area. Even harder to bring myself to post it all over and over..

  • @JaysThoughts k man direct me to your answers. In stead of bitching about the Venus Project try helping them build a better future for free and show them where they are wrong and offer solutions that will help k?

  • @magepower3 Like I said I can link you when the series on it is up. =) Subscribe if you like. They'll be out soon. Kind of hard to give a complete answer in a comment box, ya know.

  • much love to you both, Jaque and Roxanne! Don't give up! This dream will come into fruition!

  • Loving and peaceful revolution to everyone

  • great job!

  • Now that's some cool stuff.

  • i'm getting that audiobook (:

  • How can I translate this video, so I may infrome designer in Spanish if they are available!

I know a Bunch but they don't know English

  • @metal5666666 Very simple, just click on the CC icon in red to the lower left of the video window, from there you can select from many language translations.

  • @thevenusprojectmedia GREAT! THANX FOR THE REPONSE. I SENT UPDATE TO EVERYONE I KNOW WHO SPECILIZES ON THIS MATTER.

  • People might disagree with his views, but I simply can't imagine anyone to not be incredibly inspired by Jacque. This guy is still so immersed in his work he simply forgets to die. I think we could all become that old if we had something to live for like he has.

  • Hi Jacque and Roxanne. You have a thoroughly fascinating thought experiment here with the Venus Project. I am sure you have gathered many research results from your experiments at the Research Centre. I am having a little difficulty finding your research papers. Would you be able to point me in the right direction of your experimental results? Thanks.

  • It's too bad that human nature will not allow for such a social design to succeed. Only the rich and elite can afford it and the "have-nots" would only destroy it.

  • @MsWanderer1 You seem to have a biased view of human nature. Zeitgeist: Moving Forward goes into detail about the "nature vs nurture" argument towards the beginning. You should check it out. Our environment shapes us more than you might be aware of.

  • Sincerely, hope one day I can meet you and learn more with you! You guys rock!

  • I just received 'The Best That Money Can't Buy' today, looking forward to the audiobook version. As stated in the book, Nicola Tesla's inventions were not easily understood or accept by society so he did demonstrations with prototypes-- it's imperative that we do the same in every major city and town, possibly doing global internet streaming events and help by getting attendees of DAVOS, PMQs and other political debate events for global warming etc.. to help raise awareness in discussions.

  • Looking forward to the audio book. Maybe it's something I can get my family to listen to. Also look forward to seeing you at the London ZDay Event.

  • After watching ZMF, everytime I look at Jacque now, he looks so badass lol

  • If TVP is better for everyone than the current system, as they claim, then they have a duty to advocate global implementation. Would this require more or less coercion than allowing free enterprise? Case closed.

  • @arcanekrusader it does advocate a global system, you should check it out in greater detail and i think it would address your questions. Best free resources are the Ebooks and FAQ's on the tvp website.

  • @arcanekrusader Nothing is more effective at making you look like a collosal jackass than saying "case closed" after absolutely NOT making your point clearly, logically, or definitively. Just saying.

  • What is the venus project about?

  • @thinker900 It's about reclaiming the earth for all humans, while headed into a new method of resource management. and changking the aspect of social change, which has long been due.

  • @thinker900 The application of the scientific method to solving sociological problems.

  • Is there anyway to put much of the videoes on the internett (I know theres alot, maybe "the most informative" ;) ) together on a dvd and put subs on?? Its hard to spread this to people with my own words and sadly, not to many understand. It can be hard for people who dont understand English. And when I speak they want the proof, but they are not willing to sitt down infront of a PC and spend time on it ;) !! The Zeitgeist docs are great, but people need to see more of Frescos work :) Norway.. :)

  • @soberauer no where in my post did I indicate that I feel alternative medicin was better. You created that. It did spark an interesting debate though. And I prefer to get Jacques opinion from Jaques. I stated I'm interested in his design/engineering skills. It would be an honor.

  • Can you email me an estimate on how much the audiobook will cost? I am going to add that to my budget that I am proposing to the finance comittee at my college.

  • Absolutely spectacular. :3 Recently bought a copy of 'The Best That Money Can't Buy' :D

  • This is like the Dharma Initiative

  • did I hear that right? "because we are always having meetings with people over the possibility of doing the first city " tha sounds exciting. i would like to know more about the "meetings" with these "people". haha. like investors and or contractors? scouting locations? boy oh boy my heart explodes at the prospect

  • WTF?! Otters eat meat?!

  • @Korebyn yes, they are pretty vicious actually, they love fish and get after the poor things in the ponds here and they don't even kill them first; they just eat them alive and play with them as they are dying and flipping around. Harmony in nature for sure!

  • @thevenusprojectmedia This made me laugh so bad...

    Hahahahahhaa

  • Living in the Northeast buried under 12 feet of snow, I'm curious as to what designs Jacque has made for the most efficient way to heat homes during the winter as well as the snow removal from roads and such.

  • You guys are so great. Endless thank you's for the relentless effort and work you two have accomplished, in and for such an ignorant society.

  • Venus Project is apart of the New World ORder.

  • @NYCzkidd1 wish you were right, then there might have some funding or something. But obviously you know so very much about geopolitics and mind control judging by your favs that i dare not question the validity of your claim. Have a nice day.

  • @NYCzkidd1 XD!

  • @NYCzkidd1 ahaha I love the new world order then. Why are you subscribed to the zeitgeist account anyway?

  • @NYCzkidd1 Indeed.. it is apart. As in, not 1 part. Seperated. Lol....

  • OK... then the jury is still out on the question of alternative meds vs normal meds. NP. I live only because of meds that did not exist when I first had my physical illnesses enough to diagnose, so I know that chemical meds often do work. If some meds didn't address the problems (VS symptoms) I would not have lived this long. But the original causes of my med problems has still not been established. Medicine is very complex and we still do not know very much.

  • @RoanCarratu damn straight, and i second that. If i didn't have the one med that i need i think i would be in a lot more pain, or discomfort at least. i hate it but i am trying to deal with it. I do find Dr Sarno's work (drug free method) helps me but not 100%. I think Jacque thinks its a bit of bullshit though, haha. But i am fairly convinced that my problems are largely psychosomatic.

  • Seems like pharmaceutalical companies are more likely to produce a drug that you need to take regularly and therefore are required to buy regular in order to alleviate 'symptoms' which do not treat the problem but merely make it bearable in the long run. If they could 'cure' the disease the company would not be in the business to make money as there 'drug' product would no longer be sustainable for profit.

  • Thank you Jacque and Roxanne, you have changed my entire world view. I'm trying my best to inform others of this direction.

  • You guys should set up a contest or enlistment on your website for the first people to live in one of these cities. We could all pool together funds and buy at least a small one, kinda like a model-step-3, to see if it works in reality as brilliantly as it is in theory :)

  • Thanks for helping to make the world a better place for all people.

  • It's great to know that this is going somewhere. I wish I could be of some help on the 3d designing but I only know how to design in Solidworks or Inventor.

  • 10/10 Very inspirational. This is how i want to work!

  • Actually, there is more and more research on both 'alternative' and existing medicine, which finds what works and seems not to work. Acupuncture, for example, was shown to work, in at least some of it's claims, and existing medicine techniques have been found not to work as claimed. it's a constant process of refining ideas and expectations through research which will, in time, show what alternative methods will work and which are bogus and promoted only for profit.

  • @RoanCarratu that's right, but check out the "penn and teller" episode they did on alt. medicine where they showed how studies proved the efficacy of acupuncture but pointed out that results were also similar when the needles were randomly shoved in by untrained novices. Don't get me wrong, I PREFER a drug free approach to medicine when possible. Unfortunately, in our present system we're stuck with so much corruption/salesmanship in ALL areas. Especially medicine.

  • I just want to send some gratitude to "all of you at the Venus project", everythig you do is much appreciated, the more people we talk to, the greater the interest and awareness!

  • Sweet news! :-)

  • so good to see Jacque and Roxanne are back in Venus, healthy and well up!!

And you working so hard... Thank You!!

  • I hope you will be having tours in August! I'll be coming from Tokyo to Canada for a visit and I'd like to swing by Florida to see you. I've contemplated opening a small alternative medicine hospital, and I'd love a Jacques Fresco design for it!

    Thanks for persisting!

    -Mel.

  • @nenenesama Interesting that you think Jacque would be interested in helping with an "alternative medicine" hospital. My understanding is that alternative medicine has not been tested scientifically. I would imagine that Jacque is more of a science guy, using proven, rational methods.

If you believe that alternative medicine is somehow superior to normal medicine, you may want to check what wikipedia, or a reputable source has to say about it.

  • i just cant get enough of these guys

  • You got my support :)

  • Great to see this, guys! Cant wait to see the new HD pix and hear the audio book!

  • I wish i am there.... Or I wish you guys come to Hong Kong

  • you guys are awesome!! jacque is the best.

  • I want to be there when they build the first city

  • @WillScarlos : i'd be honored to lay a couple of bricks :)

  • love to get these.

    thanks!

  • Great idea!

  • I dream about it.

  • i purchased the book "the best that money cant buy" and the film "future by design" in hopes to help fund the future as well as to further educate myself . i love the ideas of the venus project and hope one day to see at the very least the first city or research center ! thanks roxeanne , jacque and peter joseph for your tireless work to make this world better for "ALL". THE VENUS PROJECT & THE ZEITGEIST MOVEMENT = <3

  • Id really like to hear jacque teach physics and exactly how his surface ion charge propulsion would work.

  • @Gaby64TZM Agreed, I've only seen it working on those flimsy tin foil lifters.

  • sounds like my phone call in december... haha

  • Jacque you are the man. Keep healthy we need you.

  • I love you guys.

  • This video makes me happy.Sticky notes rock....

  • Unfortunately I haven't been successful in bringing my family around, if you can put it in those terms. About a world without money or religion. They just claim: "oh... You've self discovered Communism, congrats"...

  • Thanks.. all my family support Venus Project too.

  • Great work, thanks!

  • No words, this is the most beautiful work, because it's made from the heart, not because of profit purpose.

  • @ArtuRider that's for sure! haha, no big paychecks from YT! much thanks for your support

  • Jacque and Roxanne, you guys are so inspirational. My whole family are so into the Venus Project ideas, and the hope of things to come.

Keep up the great work, and we will as always, keep spreading the word.

  • @rkrite thanks to all you guys, your support and encouragement helps everyone to keep going!
