I'm an American and all I can say is Canada is the classiest country on the planet. If cnadian Juniors came down here and beat our boys in Football or Basketball, would we be as classy? The team USA win was a huge loss for a country that worships Hockey and are used to their kids being the best. Stay Classy Canada and see you in Buffalo, NY in 2011 where you'll get a shot to knock Team USA off our mountain top.

we love your videos here in northern ontario steve but I just wanted to say that was pretty much canadas second team..I mean they had like 8 or 9 NHL players who could of been on the team. And if it wasnt for bad goaltending in the gold medal game we would of won. Canada is still the best

Being a hockey fan I normally don't really mind who wins, but I'm proud that Team USA-- it seemed World Junior follows pinned them as a s "dark house" or the underdog. However, the only down side is they don't really get much praise here for their hard work with the lack of coverage.

Coming back from Saskatoon, you are Steve Dangle the Canadian Coast to Coast hockey specialist coming back home in Toronto. Of course you are still a Leafs Fan but you start a new life as a representative and analyst for Hockey inside Canada.

One of the most intense hockey games ever! Even though I was extremely bummed with the outcome, congrats to the States. They deserved it. It was a hard battle, though! Jordan Eberle is so unbelievably clutch, it's so incredible watching him. I'm going to miss his presence on the squad next year. The entire team has nothing to be ashamed of. They did really well, and walked away with a medal. Seriously contemplating going to Buffalo next year!

It's hard to believe that both teams were so evenly matched. Both teams were skilled, fast, deep in talent and could perform in clutch situations, but there was one thing that tilted the ice in favor of the USA, I think, and that was there discipline. Critics of Canada's play had one thing to mainly pick on, and that was their team discipline. The players them selves even said that was their major weakness. Good though, I'm just happy I got to see my boys in blue take the gold.
