@forYOUitsP download the map you want from simtropolis or sc4devotion or whatever site you want. then extract the zip and place the folder in your regions folder in your simcity 4 folder which is located in your documents.

Okay so I have an issue. When I make a brand new region, I start with the smallest area possible and start building my necessities (money and health etc) and then when I start to build the 4 x 4 residential and nobody builds there. I even have the maxed out demand thing, it even says it there. help?

If this video is about big cities, then you should include the opera house mod which fixes a problem where people get about over 100,000 sims and for some reason. their school grade goes down on the desirability factors.

@iamasherful First or all, WMG (Warner Media Group) doesn't take you down unless you use content from them. For some stupid reason, WMG doesn't allow users to use their content. Second, I already know how to get past WMG.

Why should people buy music from them when they can just watch your video for free?

This causes them to loose money and get mad at you.

@Microsoftultimatefan Another thing, is that they own the copy rights to the music. So they can sue anyone that uses it without getting liscenses or permision.

Like I said before, people start watching your videos for free, thus causing WMG to loose money.

WMG needs money to pay for bills, wages/salaries for employees, feeding their families, etc.

for some stupid reason the asphalt texture i had on my highway just guit working it turned back into the maxis texture i haven't downloaded anything lately i went in my pugins folder and deleted some stuff and it still don't work pease help somebody

@DaultonBahm I had the exact same problem. You don't put the files into the plugins folder. You put them in the NAM folder within the plugins folder.

@ErwinNegentigNo2 Well I mean some people (such as DaultonBahm) still experience the 1/2 asphalt 1/2 maxis textures on their highways even after installing NAM. The solution I've found is for the user to place the HRS files in the NAM folder thats located within the Plugins folder that the NAM install created. Otherwise just placing the files in the Plugins folder will produce the 1/2 and 1/2 textures some people experience. But I may be wrong, perhaps it may be different for different users.

@korbinbill what im thinking you probly did was download Highway Restyling Mod V03 1. That mod was only for ground highways. What you need is Highway ReStyling Mod Asphalt Texture Set Complete 1. Has both ground and elevated. It's also in the description
