keep without make up. Girls without make up do look more healthy if they are unhealthy with make up. I've been on gyms for years now and people like me can see the difference and really, keep away from make up
I agree..I am gonna have some work done and I have done a lot of investigating...you should not have puckers and jagged scars like that...get you an attorney and sue his ass.
my goodness! I had weightloss surgery and a tummy tuck after that I'm also in the medical field and baby girl u really should consider sueing this surgeon. I know we as wls need to be realistic and know that we are not going to turn out like barbie dolls but the scars u have been left with brought tears to my eyes......... really consider a lawyer .....
my friends n i have watched ur previous vid of transformation.u r inspiring.we admire u.about ur hideous scars sue them,that's not the way u should be after a cosmetic surgery,they were butchers not doctors.hope it becomes better.let us know.
I really hope things work out for you. I hear using creams like Mederma can help reduce the appearance and darkness or scars. You will look better in time.

I'm far from ignorant. Just truthful and some people can't handle that. What I do know is that having a surgery for weight loss is off track. I know three people that have had this procedure and NONE of them are happy. They too should have been denied this procedure. Good ol' excercise and veggies resets your metabolism IN TIME. I just wish people would stop resorting to WLS and just join a gym. *P*E*A*C*E*

Have you seen that most people who lost their weight on biggest loser has gained it back...98% of people who lose weight from diet alone gain it back within 5 years...kind of a daunting, depressing fact!
I have just started my diet and have noticed the extra skin. I'm so scared of what I am gonna look like when loose all the weight, I can't believe I managed to let me self get the large. I worry about the extra skin and having to get it all cut off - there is gonna be a lot, tummy, legs, arm.

I do think the person who did your work should NOT be practicing...because thats exactly what it looks like he was doing. But I think you look so great. I weigh 250 and just started weight watchers. i have the exact same scars and ive very very fair just like you..trust me in a couple years you cant even see the scarring.. it turns silvery white..and the scar gets very thin. i'm sure youve already noticed a huge change since surgery
I think you are lucky to look that good after weighing 347# which was huge, as I can tell you are really a petite girl. You are very pretty and I'm thrilled that you had the surgery and lost the weight. You are right that a large percent of people gain all the weight back again, so the WLS isn't an end.

I will have to make an update on this. The scars look MUCH better and I am happy so far with it. It just takes time oh and believe me.. if you saw the skin before you might change your tune :P I had 7 lbs of skin and fat removed from my arms alone! I couldnt fit into the right size shirt due to the skin on my arms it was awfel. I am about to have a lower body lift July 1st.. I am sure I will be in just as much pain but.. hi i'm looking at the same surgery comeing up next month i have lost 170lbs in the last 2 years but i also have hidentius supertivea witch has left me with horrable scares and discoloeration on my under armes under my breasts around my waist and groin a fallin stomac as well thoes scares i would be thrilled with and true beauty never has to wear make up and girl you don't you've worked hard and it will work out great try a mix of vitamin E and tea tree oil for the scares

Yes, you are VERY hard on yourself. You've basically just had surgery - anything within a year is JUST had surgery when it comes to healing. It may take years for these scars and puckering to "relax". Very brave of you to share so much. Please try to have patience. If you are very very unhappy with your surgery - then stop complaining and get a lawyer and see if you have a case for malpractice. I'd say no, at this point - but I'm not an expert. I say give it time for healing.

hello April ..when I was young I had a hung of the top of my foot ripped out ..ouchie i know lol sorry ..but they just pulled my skin together and sewed it up ...I had puckers too and like little deposits of fat you could tell ..but if you look at my foot now ..there is none of that stuff ..it does smooth out and get better it just takes time ..

Yeah.. my doctor told me that only 1% of people as big as I was lose weight and keep it off (without WLS) thats scary huh
