I remember getting stuck in Downtown Seattle in 1990. Traffic was impossible so I stopped and had a few beers. By the time the bar closed there was a very cold north wind blowing which firmed up the slush nicely.
I'll never forget threading my car through literally hundreds of abandoned cars on the 520 bridge, but I made it to the Eastside just fine.
I wish someone had video of the mayhem that night. I think it was the worst ever as far as mayhem goes.
