It is a missle launch from a sub most likely. The missle is lighter than the sub and is blasted out. It is sent just enough out of the water so the main engines can start. I have fired many cruise missles and that is what this is. Althought this in not a US weapon.

No, theres certain special programs out there can alter moving pictures. Some alter the scene one take at a time, others can take a video and add an object over the original. Thus in this vid, the missle was altered with a program to look like an airplane. Photoshop is just a term, how I'm using it anyway. There is a program called Photoshop. But the term photoshop is bascially another word for alter.
