Thanks for sharing your info but everybody can not eat like that to gain. Also, seems like you do not have a lot of knowledge about true health or nutrition. The hydrogenated oils in those brands of peanut butter alone will kill you. It's nice to gain weight in the present but how about giving your liver and kidneys a chance to survive in the future.

I don't know if U know this or not but you are at risk of getting the bacteria salmonella from eating raw eggs!!! I used to make a shake in the mornings with a raw shake but then stoped cause of salmonella risk, If u must try to only eat the whites, cause the yolk is the one that has it but the yolk also has all the fatning stuff, its up to you just though i share this!!!

protein shakes are the easiest and most effective way. give him one of those (or maybe even half of one) every day before bed, ontop of the food he normally eats and will gain weight for sure.
i think the best way to gain weight fast is to take the protein called "muscle juice"...it has freakin 1250 calories per serving with milk and 55g of protein...dont tell me that wont put on some weight. the cheapest place to get it is probably stronger nutrition. if you go to their website and use 22X6U as the referral code, you can get 10% off...just throwin that out there

Whole milk has no more vitamins than reduced and skim. It's only good for slightly boosting hormone levels simply due to more saturated fat. Just bulk clean with Skim Milk..you won't miss the extra fat unless you diet isn't right.
Raw eggs are no good, like bangzilla said not as bio-avaliable as cooked.

hy!just want to giwe a tip: if u don't like the taste of raw eggs...just put the eggs into a blender or mixer and add hot milk to it..and a bit of sugar(or something else if u think sugar is not good). I heard from a doc that if the milk is hot enough, the chance of geting salmonella is not so high. U mix all these ingredients together and u get an "energy-booster"..this is just an idea..i do it like that...hope it helps u guys.

Just eat a shitload of rice and chicken everyday, I swear you'll gain 10-15 pounds a month. Maybe add a protien shake. It's all about carbs and protein. Even if you're a hardgainer, raw eggs aren't a good idea, unless you want salmonella.

Personally man, I don't need to keep track of how many calories I take in. I do sports specific training, for sheer strength and power. There's alot of small meals throughout the day, and then a binge one day of the week after doing a week straight of 5-6miles a day... hard stuff man.

definately not safe. I do it very, very seldomly now a days. I try to focus on being healthy now vs. bulking up. I noticed when I would get on the elliptical machine my heartrate would shoot up to 200bpm and above rather quickly.

I wish I could bulk clean. My body burns calories so fast I have to literally consume all that I can daily to continue to gain mass. On average, I down 5-6,000 calories per day.

Oh yah man, didn't mean to shoot your way down - Everyone is different! I was mainly talking about everyone that will want to try this..won't work as good as it's obviously working for you. And yah lol clean bulk is almost impossible with the amount of calories your having (unless your rich and have way too much time on ur hands) - but wow that's a fast metabolism, wtg man!

im 16, 5ft 8 and weigh 155 pounds im trying to build lean mass. i eat loads more, drink lots of whole milk cos of vitamins, try to eat more protein. i also take weight gainer powder cos its full of protein, calories and looooooads of vitamins. i really want to increase my build though.

hy!just want to giwe a tip: if u don't like the taste of raw eggs...just put the eggs into a blender or mixer and add hot milk to it..and a bit of sugar(or something else if u think sugar is not good). I heard from a doc that if the milk is hot enough, the chance of geting salmonella is not so high. U mix all these ingredients together and u get an "energy-booster"..this is just an idea..i do it like that...hope it helps u guys.

i did a bit of research on raw eggs via wikipedia for anyone whose wondering.
yes there is a small risk of salmonella. (poses greater risk to pregnant women and the elderly)
AND
protein in raw eggs is only 51% bio-available, whereas that of a cooked egg is nearly 91% bio-available.

ps i was talking about a shake like slim fast or something. obviously dont make a egg and milk shake b4 bed then think it wont be warm by the time u drink it lol.
oh and when drinking/eating protein keep in mind your body can only intake 24 grams at a time so don't think drinking a shake with 100 grams of protein you wont pee 80% out. l8tr guys

if you want a catabolic tip set an alarm in middle of night like 4 hours b4 you wake up and drink that lil 12 ounce shake like you're going for the world record for randomness shake drinking. Its not bad if you have your shake in arms reach that way there's no need to go to the kitchen. take about 1 min tops and just go right back to sleep.
Gain about 100 lbs of muscle in like a week....not really but you'll see a difference no doubt. L8tr

theres no such thing as pre breakfast, breakfast means to break fast (as in fasting or not eating) this breaks your fast, which makes it breakfast....sorry i had to post that

dude i drank raw eggs to but on weight. i was drinking 18 egg whites and 6 egg yoaks a day mixed with a carb muscel shake and ive never been sick. I only drink about 4a day now. i drink them only because i cant eat as many as i can drink plus its faster lol. Please comment any1 if they have ever got salmonella from raw eggs.

Just eat a shitload of rice and chicken everyday, I swear you'll gain 10-15 pounds a month. Maybe add a protien shake. It's all about carbs and protein. Even if you're a hardgainer, raw eggs aren't a good idea, unless you want salmonella.

Personally man, I don't need to keep track of how many calories I take in. I do sports specific training, for sheer strength and power. There's alot of small meals throughout the day, and then a binge one day of the week after doing a week straight of 5-6miles a day... hard stuff man.

I'm with you on the "being healthy" thing. I just got tired of tryin to eat 4000 to 5000 clean calories. I just prefer being 5'11 185 to 195 ripped. Can't lift as heavy as I used to but thats cool, who cares less sore joints too. Good vid this guy knows his stuff.

definately not safe. I do it very, very seldomly now a days. I try to focus on being healthy now vs. bulking up. I noticed when I would get on the elliptical machine my heartrate would shoot up to 200bpm and above rather quickly.
