  • How about addressing the fully hydrogenated oils in the peanut butter, or the high fructose corn syrup in the Nature Valley bars and the 'post-workout hydration' formulas? Have to differ on the idea of fruit juice as a great pre-workout choice as well, as the lack of any fiber will limit the duration of energy received. While I understand that this is a general overview, these are points that athletes should be aware of.
