Good stuff....this bill wasn't covered enough in the press. Another problem was the lack of mother and child facilities. Single mothers who are at risk of being detained by authorities could have their children taken away from them, by force if need be. But this isn't justified in most instances, it's only the dept of health's lack of foresight to accommodate those who have mental health conditions AND their families.
