  • i would do this but i dont have anyone to work out with me so i stick to regular lifting and running =/ and yup u guys are awsome i was wondering if u can send me like a vid to build up my arms strength and muscle fast

  • good work .keep it up man

  • nice vids, lookin to gain some overal strength for my upcoming track season, still in high school, but i was curious what you would recommend as far as explosive speed lifting

  • damn i want to invest in a Log soooo bad but really have no where to put it

  • nm saw the plates on the side. still wondering how much 1 plate is

  • random guess 45 pounds probably way more

  • the log is 65 lbs and each plate is 10kg. The heaviest press was Brad who hit 40kg each side plus the log. I hit 30kg each side.

  • @smittydiesel That makes more sense that they are 10 kg plates. Why are they red colored? Always thought those were 25 kg.

  • whats the weight on this? does it change? Or are you guys all on the same weight.

  • just wondering, should u stagger your legs so if you loss your balance you dont fall backwards?

  • Not necessarily for balance. I like to stagger my feet because it takes the pressure off of my lower back.

    Thanks for watching.

  • you guys are awesome

  • Thanks bro

  • Way to walk-the-walk Jim. Thanks for the ideas.

  • Hi guys! Love the log! How would you compair it to heavy double kettlebell press's? Is their an advantage to the log?

  • No advantage, just a different tool.

Love double kettlebell clean and presses. Really reveals weaknesses.

Both kettlebells and logs allow a better positioning for the humerus during overhead movements.

  • Thanks!

  • Smitty, i always love watching your stuff on youtube it gives me tons of ideas and keeps my training solid and fun!

  • awesome shoulders work.
