@MrWhighty It's very important that you have a veterinarian do an ophthalmic exam. It sounds very much like your dog has cataracts. Cataracts can spontaneously occur, however, sometimes they are secondary to another disease like Diabetes.

how long should antibiotics take to work on eye infection?

my friend sees a vet but buys meds online and the infection is still existant, whats the chance of them being fake as the vet charges the earth?
