He didn't forget the words, this was before Frogstomp was released. He changed the lyrics on frogstomp.

i'd like 2 find out wot his childhood was like... they never really revealed anything about y they were so called "freaks"... like y they decided 2 b different from the norm. Anytime they were interviewed about it they were just kinda like we have loving families n stuff. i'm gonna start investigating. Great video.. he sounds a little sadder than usual in it i think due 2 it bein slowed down just a fraction

They were 'Freaks' or .Dan was b/c like hes said in tons of interviews he didn't play sports, he wasn't a jock, or he wasn't tough and it wasn't cool to be in a band. And people would beat him up for this. Thats why he had so many problems. It wasn't b/c he had an abusive family life

@secondfish Na I don't think kids through shit at him at school, at gigs kids his age did though, the guy standing in front of me did at a show in Sydney towards the end of 96, it hit the microphone and I beat the crap out of him so I don't think he would have chucked anything at a show again hehe
