Dwight Howard Is A Monster but its not all about power because explosion = power x acceleration so he basically has one of the parts.

D Rose is a beast. In my opinion the quickest guy in NBA history and he has power. But at only 6'2 he doesn have that sheer size.

Lebron James is the real deal. Never in the history of the game has been a 6'8 guy with 250 lbs with a 41 inch vert, HUGE Power and still be one of the quickest, fastest guys in the history of the NBA.

Derrick Rose has the best body control. He's one of the 3 fastest players in the league. His change of direction and quickness is probably the best at the moment. I DO think John Wall is the fastest as in straight-line speed, but altogether I'll go with Rose. LeBron's fast, but he's not quick, and he doesn't have any change of direction moves.

Really? Is there debate here? LeBron James is the best athlete the NBA has EVER seen. Yeah I said it even a better athlete than Michael Jordan. For someone his size to be as quick as he is and still maintain that strength, very few people can do that in the world. His endurance as well is something to note.
