@jorcallison No, the guy on the left is the tenor, from right to left it goes Tenor - Fred Farrell, Lead - Michael Slamka, Bass - Jim Henry and finally Baritone - Bradon Guyton. I've seen these guys live, trust me.

@jorcallison The far left (most bald guy) is the tenor. He was best-suited for the long note (post) at the end, so they gave it to him. It's very common in barbershop arrangements for the lead or baritone to come over the top of the tenor as a falsetto part. That way, there is only one falsetto part instead of two, since the tenor usually has the highest comfortable full-voice range. Lung capacity is important, too. Also, if you don't know already, the melody is in the second-highest voice.
