yes it does. a friend of mine ( japanese with monolids and have very very short eyelashes). a tip when using this mascara is u have to wipe off the access on a tissue first then apply. u will get really nice application that way. i see the japanese girls here always wipe this macara first ( not wipe 100% but just remove the access at the tip) .

and forgot to mention.. u have to blink into the wand.( onto the wand?) u dont comb through. but just try to find out the best way to apply for u .

it's sold in Singapore for around S$25.90 for the mascaras. and S$20.90 for the eyeliners.

it's pretty pricey, but i don't know. i kinda like it, i might repurchase mine :D
