  • gonna see this play tomorrow :)

  • The people who are saying that this show was good and or scary have to be getting paid! The show sucks!!! Not scary.... very disappointing... want my money back disappointing!!!!!!!

  • How can the rest of the world see this movie? I really want to see it.

  • Saw this recently and its well worth a look. Its different for a start, which is good. It is genuinely entertaining/funny/disturbing. If you're a horror fan theres plently of nice nods to classic horror films/books to spot. Its intelligently written, well acted and has plenty of atmosphere. You may not scream out loud necessarily, but you will be entertained.

  • i went to see this, its one of the best shows ive ever seen, 5 stars from me if you want a play, go to this one!

  • it was more of a thriller than something really scary. the only part that utterly freaked me out was the ghost of the girl in that type of shop thing at the beginning. she was frightening. some other parts made me jump, and then laugh and the ending was brilliant. i enjoyed it a lot, definately worth seeing. :)

  • Don't wish to be a troll here but I bet it's rubbish. Shows like this are always over-hyped and never deliver. Think 'Blair Witch Project' and 'Paranormal Activity'. Both hugely disappointing. Just because it's live doesn't mean it will be better than the above mentioned. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!

  • @Monkeyslash - Paranormal activity was pretty damn scary if you ask me. Mainly because of the briliant tension built up with long silences then Bam! Loud noises! It was all about the sounds. Bits in between were gay.

  • @GregOBehave I know exactly what you mean :) Finally some more people who thought it was scary :)

  • @Monkeyslash Yes, it's overhyped in terms of how scary it is, but it is still good.

And I did like The Blair Witch Project, despite the hype being inappropriate. It gets under your skin if you really immerse yourself in it (the legend and everything - it's really quite neat).

  • @Monkeyslash Eh, it all depends on what scares you. I know a lot of people who feel the same way as you do. I'd be interested in knowing what you find scary?

See, to me, Blair Witch and PA WERE quite scary, but it's because the unseen and the unknown scare me much more then the seen and the known.

  • Caught this show at the Lyric. It's terrifying and has a terrific plot. GO SEE!

  • GHOST STORIES will be in London's West End from 25 June. Click on the link above to watch the new trailer.

  • ... and you'll **** yourself anytime Anthony Newley comes on the radio ever after... if you didn't already.

  • Saw this on Saturday 24th March. I LOVED it, well crafted, pretty scary I havent jumped like that in years. Having said that my wife sat through it and said 'well it was quite good but not scary really' so I think it comes down to how imaginative you are and observant. She missed a few of the subtler points that really make it scary. Even if you think its not that scary its still a good show and worth seeing.

  • Not as scary as the trailer makes out

  • arrr im goin 2 c it 2nite but im feeling sik so i mite not- what happens in it? i dont rele want 2 thro up evrywher...

  • Off to see it tonight!

  • I just got back from this at the Lyric Hammersmith.

It's a shame they say those of a nervous disposition should think seriously before coming to see it, and that it is unsuitable for those under 16... as those are probably the only two groups of people who would be scared by it or enjoy it.

    Bag of toss.

  • Im going to see this in a week and i came on youtube to see what i've let myself in for lol now i'm pooing myself... is it really as scary as people say it is :Z

  • Oh boy, oh boy....I cannot wait 'til this goes on tour. :)

  • I've got a spare ticket for this show on saturday 6th March at 5pm. Cost £20.00, yours for £10.00. Let me know if you're interested.

  • Went to the press night last night at the Lyric in Hammersmith. Brilliant show. Creepy as hell and really clever. :)

  • Just came back from this tonight. Briliant show. Andy Nyman is fantastic as are all of the cast. Such a great end to it as well :-)

  • Saw it last night, pretty damn creepy.

  • Written by Jeremy Dyson (league of gentlemen) and Andy Nyman (Derren Brown) so this should be a good one. Shame I don't live in the UK. I never really believe these kind of trailers though, I've seen people be frightened when watching Scream...

  • trailers like this irritate the shitsickles out of me. although i've never seen a theatre trailer before so maybe i shouldn't complain.

  • Comment removed

  • wow it looks good!...tom from mcfly told me too

  • LOL Tom told me too!! It looks kind of like the british version of paranormal activity, well... the commercial does, when they show all the people in the theater

  • So basically, it looks like any crowd that has ever been to a scary film, apart from there's nothing similar between Paranormal Activity and Ghost Stories in any way, not even the same medium?

  • Language. No need to throw the rattle out the pram every time you disagree with someone. Just because you don't like what I say doesn't mean it's wrong.

  • @edwardshallow what i was saying was that if you see the paranormal trailer, they also show the audience as they watch the movie, and them getting all scared. i haven't seen ghost stories (i don't even live in the uk. Heard it from danny from mcfly :) so, i don't know if theres anything else thats the same

  • oh darn it looks good...i hope they bring it to the states

  • Tom from McFLY told me to watch this! I`ll be watching this with him!! lol

  • Ah meu cu! Que nem atividade paranormal! Uma pressão da desgraça pra um filme de merda que não me deu porra de susto nenhum.

    Tom é cagão e acabou! ¬¬

  • this seems rather epic

  • I thought Paranormal Activity was more funny than scared, but that's cause we made fun of Micah's feet. Can''t wait to see this. Will it be coming out in America or do I have to ilegally watch it?

  • Hahaha.

I think we'll have to take the second choice...necessarily, haha.

  • tom fletcher told me to watch this -not

  • paranormal activity 2? this doesn't even show any footage.

  • I'll definately be watching this!

  • looks nice...if you like movies watch my vids

  • Can't wait to watch this :) everyone looks well terrified it best be really good I've read really good reviews on it so far. It best not be a let down .

  • Is it a film?? x

  • I aint never scared.....

  • Tickets booked for the last night! Can't wait!

  • wow this looks great, will it be touring?

  • is this a film? kind of came across as a kind of mixed media thing

  • Not a film I think it's a play - well theatre anyway.

  • MOMMY!!!!

  • Looks great ... pity it's not touring north of the border

  • This looks amazing. Booking tickets this evening

  • 0:47 GUY FAIL!

  • Is it another rom com with Hugh Grant? That would be terrifying.
