heres a tip to get the light ball: go to eterna city and get tm thief. now teach thief to any pokemon. now go do this glitch! use thief on every pikachu until you find one with light ball!

lol it took me 3 days with using Thief and my Staraptor on Pikachus to get one. Volt Tackle's a piece of crap if you're making a good competitive team. Not worth the trouble.

Hmm, I just had a weird experience with this. I had a lv. 18 Yanma in front that was about halfway to level 19, and no Pikachus appeared, just the occasional Eevee (my current garden pokemon).

Heh, I don't know what's going on :P Maybe Repel works differently from how I understand it, like maybe it goes by total experience points rather than level?

You'll probably find one pretty quickly :) It seems like one out of every 8-10 Pikachus has one.

I don't recommend even trying to heal paralysis when fighting lots of Pikachus. You'll get paralyzed quickly and often ;)
