If I am not mistaken the reason for the golden road having no golden road is because they did this MDS in Vegas.

@dcnss88usa The only show ever taped outside of The Bob Barker Studio in Los Angeles was the 30th Anniversary Special. That taped in Vegas.

There was no "Golden Road" in this episode because Bob made his entrance through the doors instead of through the audience, and the gold spots normally used would've been visible on camera.

I have this episode recorded. And as I was watching this show, I have noticed that the doors have been switched. Door # 2 stayed in its place; however Doors 1 and 3 have been switched! In which case, Door 1 became Door 3 and Door 3 became Door 1! Now that was a strange change; especially since this was Bob's last MDS!

Bob and Drew both have excelent qualities for Price. Both have their unique styles of humor and entertainment. It would be AWESOME to see both Bob and Drew hosting the same show. Drew could host the 1st half, then outta nowhere, Bob's voice says "stay tuned for the Second half of The Price is Right." Crowd goes NUTS!
