There is a view that prejudice + power = racism. I'm not sure I agree with that. I think power multiplies injustice, and I certainly dont think anyone is completely without prejudice.
I think Segregation and Jim Crow Laws would be the most obvious (but certainly not the only) example of racism in history. The fact that many poor Whites also suffered because of this is often overlooked.

The characteristics used for race are arbitrary and superficial. In the video you posted for me, would you suggest that the Chinese man and the Japanese man are of different races? If they are, then every family is a separate race as using genetics you can tell a Smith from a Jones. If not, then genetic differences have no bearing on race.

I think Segregation and Jim Crow Laws would be the most obvious (but certainly not the only) example of racism in history. The fact that many poor Whites also suffered because of this is often overlooked.

And if another culture destroys it that culture would be lost.
