@MegaAzelf77 First you have to donate to the town fund for the bridge, which is 200,000 bells, after the bridge is done, which will take about a week, you need to donate 400,000 more bells to get the fountain, hope I helped, also, never donate in the week of the bridge being built. anything else you want to look up, I suggest looking it up on the animal crossing wiki. :)

It doesn't depend on luck items i think, i just had a 4-leaf clover and tossed in the axe. but heres how it I did it, she asked,"How do i look today?" press "Big change" and then she either says something or leaves, but if she asks you for a reward, go for the gold axe and if you're lucky she'll give you this bar thingy. and you move the the circle thing down just a little bit and i mean like LITTLE and then she says soemthing like "That's what i thought too!" and gives you the gold axe :D

As far as the questions the goddess asks, I really don't think it matters how you answer. I've used every answer several times and her reaction is not predictable. I think if she's gonna do it, she's gonna do it. If she's not, she's not, regardless of how you respond. Get your house all "Feng Shue'd" up and you'll get the silver and gold axes.

Ok, I finally got a silver axe after 2 months. Feng Shue is the trick. Karma is a different thing altogether. Google feng shue animal crossing and there is a list of items and where they should go in your house. Do every floor and use as many of the items as you can. I promise it works. It dosen't seem to matter if the feng shue/luck items match anything else in the room or not, what's important is that they are either "lucky items" or represent the right "feng shue" color. FINALLY!!!

I read your FAQ for for GKR, for one of the math question someone asked you that you couldn't answer I have an answer. If you have a 70% chance of getting a golden or silver axe(and not a regular axe or nothing), than you have a 14% chance of getting a golden axe rather than a silver one.
