@MASTAFLY Ok, let me break down the chain of events. Upon arrival of the tac, the guy was shouting ''He's ice cold!'' That tells me he was long dead. In the front is a pet store and a few people came out to see what was happening. The lady told me that he hasn't lived there for a week after I told her what happened. I'm going to have to assume it was drug related or natural causes. The UPD wasn't there all day and never made news so it's definately not homicide. Any more questions?
