@mineblack the computers works with a number of bits simultaneously, the first computer used 8bit(1 byte, or a "letter"), then 16 bits, now near everybody uses 32 bits, Windows uses 32 bits ( unless you use 64 bits Windows, but is rare ) , there are 64 bits computers now, but not very suported by Microsoft. In the video, he disable the access of aplication of 16 bits aplications because there is a big vulnerability in Windows that haven't been fixed since june 2009.
