Just made these--we rolled them into small balls, coated them in dried coconut, and refrigerated them overnight. They are more like "bon-bons" this way, and they are absolutely delicious! I may switch to carob soon and see how they taste.
Hey Amber! Agave would work awesome for these brownies! Soaked dates are also a great substitute or if you're not shooting for a 100% raw dish you could use maple syrup. Then again if you like dark chocolate you could blend up everything sans the sweetener and try it like that before adding any! Peace and rawness~ Rory :0)
Thanks Alexis!! I agree kale salad, especially a masaged kale salad with diced red peppers and lemon juice *MMmmMMMmm* And meetup totaly rocks! I've been gettin' into all sorts of fun since I've been on it! Peace love and rawness~ Rory :0D
bummer. time to start your own! There weren't any in my area either, so I started one a couple years ago (only one guy showed up to the first one) and it's huge now. You will be glad you did.

I'm all over meetup. Best site ever. Glad to see you are hosting meetups.
Great tip for vanilla water.
You look like a bedroom raw food DJ.
Thanks for the video! :)
