He is such a nice guy in person. Last year.. or was it the year before? at the Iowa State Fair during his concert the huge storm came in and lightning struck the top of the new stage (gosh I cannot remember the name of it! I think it is Susan Knapp??) It got rid of the sound system or whatever it was and the storm was almost there so he told us to go to shelter. I got to talk to him he gave me a guitar pick and I shook his hand before I went for shelter.

I got to see Jason in concert here in Iowa where I live and he sounds just as good in concert as he does on his records.  Very down to earth and funny performer. You can tell he believes in having fun. Loved the concert Jason.

So his first child was born on my sisters birthday. that same sister and his wife were pregnant at the same him with his second her with her first. They ran into each other all the time at the doctors. then after they both had there babies my whold family ran into him a wal mart and we talked for like ever.. Its pretty cool
