@blakem77 to level up you need to increase yer major attributes (you pick them in the beginning)

if you dont know what they are go to yer journal by pressing O or B on xbox and go to the far left tab by pressing R1 and L1 or LT and RT on xbox, and then go to yer attributes page by pressing left and right on the D pad. at the very bottom there should be a red meter labeled level progress and once it fills up, go to sleep anywhere and youll level up! hope this helpsss
